Just another simple lunch dish.....
which is not selling in malaysia
so the only 1 way to get it
is
to cook it by urself

Ingredients
Baby Kai Lan ( washed )
Carrot ( washed + sliced )
Pork/Squid ( washed + cut )
Chili / Garlic ( pounded )
Cooking Oil
Fish Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Sugar
some plain water
egg ( optional )

HOW TO : Fried Baby Kai Lan with Chili Garlic

Baby Kai Lan... love this .... veggies are good for health.. so just eat it !!!


Sugar, cooking oil,oyster sauce,fish sauce
Thats all u need !!!

husbie doesnt want to eat much seafood so i will use the pork for his dish and mine will be squid.


pound chili and garlic together...
dont have this at home ?? okay go buy 1 small one.. If love to cook Tai food , you will NEED it..
almost all the time lol

Okay after heat up the wok , add the cooking oil in , add chili garlic... stir for awhile then now u can add the meat.... stir until it cooked.

now throw in the Baby VOX ..oops baby Kai Lan in the wok .... add oyster sauce ,sugar,fish sauce and some water in..This step wont take long

so this is it .... serve with steam hot rice !!!! delicious !!!

here come to my turn !!!!! finally i am so hungry !!!! but got to serve my lovely husbie first!!!

do all over again... follow thw same steps :)

But my dish got something more special than his dish lol FRIED Star EGG !!!!!
