" Krai Tom Prik Yum or Thai Spicy Hard - Boiled Egg Salad "

Today menu is suitable for dinner @home
this is another traditonal home cooked food
Its not every Thai restaurant serve this dish NOT
even in Bangkok , Thailand
So watch closely how I made this dish
I was very enjoy making it and I hope you will feel the same too.

Ingredients

Lime
Green Chili Pepper
Shallot
Garlic
Palm Sugar
Dried Shrimp

How To : Krai Tom Prik Yum


heat up the wok use low heat only then throw in the green chili pepper...

After you stir it for 3-6 mins you will get this result.. the green chili pepper will be like in this photo..take it out put in the plate..let it cool down

now u throw in shallot and garlic.... stir it and be careful not to over cooked it



this two took shorter time to stir than the green chili pepper...

so put all together in 1 plate

Now come to the dried shrimp.... what to do about it ..so easy !!! just pound it or u can use ur blender to do also ... But i use the old fashion way to do since its a traditional dish hehe++

Pound it until it look very finely :) yum yum i love to eat this for fun


okay add 1 piece of lime/lemon and palm sugar



Put all into the pounder and mix everything together...


Add some fish sauce


Mix and then try again....

Ta-Da... Done !!!!
Oh yeah dun forget to boil the eggs hehe i forgot to take the photo
sorry guys!!
u can garnish it with red chili pepper !!
