" LARB KAI or SPICY MINCED CHICKEN with MINT "

you can use pork or beef as well :)

eat with fresh veggies such as cucumber,long green bean,sweet basil

and get one sticky rice ..wow nicee and now i feel hungry already

hehehhehe

okay here the ingredients for the dish !!

Ingredients

Minced chicken ( boiled )

Mint

Shallot ( sliced )

Chili Flakes

Lime Juice

Fish Sauce

Chicken Stock

Sping Onion ( cut )

Sticky rice ( roasted , pounded )

Red Dried Chili ( garnish )

Chicken flavour ( optional )

HOW TO : LARB KAI

Prepare some of the ingredients

sliced shallots


Squueze 1 lime



wash and leave it dry....mint




fried red dried chili ( use very little oil with medium heat )


Sticky rice ...

Rosted sticky rice till turn brown colour ...

u can use mortar pounder to pound it.....pound it all the way ladies

... or u can use ur blender hehe ...like me..

easier way ... faster way... just press 1 button..


rosted ( w/o oil ) dried chili ,,, cut 1 chili into 2-3 pcs before put in the blender...

Now ....Mr.Philips is ready to help me to make that dried chili become chili flakes just 1 blink !!

TA-DA....yeah... still not enough !!!! hehehe....need more spicy..then blend more chili !!

Okay...mixing time : get ur mixing bowl/pot ready !!!!
Add in the shallots,spring onion,chili flakes!!!
Mix all together...

Add lime juice

Add fish sauce,chicken flavour...
and this time u might need to taste it...
get the taste u want..then go to the next step


Add pounded roasted sticky rice in

throw mint into the mixing pot

Mix it mix it mix it

put LARB KAI in the plate and garnish with fried red dried chili & mint :)
serve with fresh veggie
and you are done !!
